Our Offerings

On-Demand Services

Our On-Demand Services allow clients to reserve our time to perform routine maintenance, management, and tuning of Palo Alto Networks firewalls on as-needed or on a repeating schedule. Reserving time is as simple as visiting our booking page, finding an available time slot, and making an appointment

We offer reserved hours in 4 hour blocks up to 40 hours per month. Reserved hours are non-refundable and expire each month. For multi-month contracts, a recurring appointments may be requested.

Flex Services

Flex Services build upon our On-Demand Services and allow clients to request additional hours to perform tasks exceeding their monthly reservation. These hours cannot be reserved and are recommended for lower priority tasks that can be performed unattended after hours, during cancellations, or subject to other availability.

Flex hours are available in 40 hour blocks that are billed upon use. Unused hours do not expire and are refundable.
